Probably is...I'm just in denial and trying everything possible since Newegg is OOS and I probably cant exchange it right away.. I will probably RMA it in a day or so if new RAMs dont work.

Hi, didn't get a reply from you in your thread. Did you try different displays? Like I said, I get video with my TV, but not my monitor.

my board gives out both memory and display error and doesnt boot, i did try on my TV. The same :( waiting on my new RAM tomorrow to crosstest make sure it is not memory before i RMA it. It's not like newegg got spare to RMA me back right away...might as well try everything I can. Good luck on yours! Does yours give out beeping code? Mine is 3 short and followed by 8 shorts.

I have a speaker...somewhere. I don't know if I will be able to find it.
 
I looked at the Biostar but with no wifi onboard it was a NOGO for me. Im waiting to see what asrock is gonna pull off.
 
Mine booted!!!!! Motherboard is fine. It was the memory!!!! I bought a new pair of Adata with 2400 instead of 2666 and it booted right up. So the MB was throwing the right code,
