AM2 and Scythe Ninja

Friend is going to get a AM2 system soon. Looking into aftermarket heatsinks and there really is a selection yet. Question he has is, will the Scythe Ninja fit the AM2 socket natively?

Also, how good is the stock heatsink that comes with the X2 4200? No overclocking will be involved.
