I've gotten one on both of my Windows SMP instances. I hit the preferred deadline on both by a couple of hours, but I assume the system noticed it wasn't returned as fast as a stand-alone quad and hasn't given me another one.

That explains why I haven't seen it, and why people running VMs are likely not to see it either.
