As it stands from my originally clocks are 2.4ghz AMD 4000+

Now I have it at 2.61ghz,

1.4v, 2607.1 MhZ core speed
Multi: x12.0
Bus Speed: 217.3mhz
HT Link: 1086.3mhz

RAM is

Frequency: 173.8mhz
FSB:DRAM: CPU/15
2.5-3-3-6

Does this sound about right?
I did not change anything except the clocks of the cpu chip. (200mhz) original, I changed it to (217).

well if it boots and runs stabily, then yes you did it right. if its on fire and/or wont boot, then you messed up somewhere.

The only thing I see wrong with your OC is your HT link is well over 1000. You should change the multy from 5x to 4x. If your happy where your overclock is and it's stable you can leave it there, but if you want to go higher you should change that multy to 4x.

Well, congratulations. You have an overclock. Not a very high one, but still, an overclock....except for the memory, which is underclocked.

A 11:12 (183) divider, instead of the 5:6 (166) divider will get your memory up to 186mhz.
perhaps it will run 1:1 at 217mhz???

You can download Blue's AMD Athlon 64 Overclocking Calculator here:
http://www.gurushane.com/site/software.aspx
It will show you the relationships between FSB, multiplier, divider , HTT speed, CPU speed, and memory speed.
