I just built a whole new system with a Powercolor 1950xtx. I open the catalyst control center and go to Information Center > Graphics hardware, and everything looks fine except for two things. It says my Core Clock speed is 506 MHz and my Memory Clock speed is 594 MHz. I haven't seen any performance issues, but I thought the Core Clock speed was supposed to be at 650 MHz and the Memory clock speed at 2 Ghz. Is something wrong? or am I just missing someing?
 
X1900's have 2 clock modes, one for 2D and one for 3D. You are looking at it while in 2D mode.
