Now, an all copper radiator would be the best of all worlds... I don't know why they don't exist yet.
In a nutshell, it was found that various of their data points for their own radiator are physically impossible. Placing trust in the rest of their results and diatribe at your own peril.
Brass radiators actually do use all-copper fins. The impact of the brass used in the very thin tube-wall is exceedingly minor. All aluminium radiators do start to gain more of an advantage over brass/copper radiators at typical car driving air-flow speeds, which are one or two orders of magnitude higher than in a PC water-cooling application.
