alternatives to a 2408wfp...

i am just curious, whats out there in the 400 range thats on par with a 2408?

2408 is not comparable with asus one. s-pva vs crappy TN

It's really annoying, but there really isn't anything that comparable around $400. 99% of panels now are TN panels. If you're the least bit discerning, you'll notice a difference. On a TN, the colour and contrast changes if you lean back in your chair or move a bit. Look on craigslist for Dell 2407 and 2408s.
