Alternative to MOBO for Opteron 165

I know everyone is praising LANPARTY UT NF4 SLI-DR Expert. But to me, this is way more than I need. I dont need two gigabit lan, 8 SATA with raid, PATA with raid,etc. I just need a
water down mobo with couple SATA but have all the overclocking capabilites of the DFI.

Do you guys have any recommendation?

Well u could look at the Abit KN8-SLi, its cheapass has good specs and caus' it's an Abit should OC nicely.
