What are the alternatives to Gentle Typhoon AP14 fan? looking for some double ball bearing fans in the 1200-1400 RPM range for a RX360. I found some but I have no idea what there static pressure is like. Any suggestions on AP14 alternative with same quality?

The Silverstone AP121 fans are supposed to be designed for cooling use (heatsinks, radiators) instead of just air movement use (like case fans). I'd give them a look. I use the 180mm version in my case and I really like them.

AP121s aren't good radiator fans. They're good case fans, but don't perform well on heatsinks and radiators. Their purpose is to direct airflow on case applications.

I have yet to see a really credible rival to the Nidec AP15

they make the more expensive Noctuas look like poo

You could spend some time going through the test data and videos created by Martin of Martinsliquidlab and find his threads on other forums, google "Martinm210"

GTs are still the benchmark, but I was never entirely happy with my AP15s so sold them. I like the 140mm Noiseblocker BlackSilentPro so I will put Noiseblcoker high on my short list next time I buy fans.

If you want to get creative fabricating your own shroud you could try a couple of Thermalright TY-150s (low speed 150mm PWM fan than attaches to a standard 140mm mount)
