alt tabing on own

using windows XP sp2

im not sure whats up but now every 5 seconds any window i have open deselects itself so to speak

so if i have a game open full screen 5 seconds later it will bring me to the desktop with nothing open

i dont know who to ask or where to post sorry if this is the wrong section, but this is really annoying
 
Do you have any mouse or keyboard software loaded?

Can you try a different mouse and/or keyboard?
 
no extra ones but i remmber seeing a error when i restarted saying something along the lines of

"put your mouse and keybored usb port in the back of your computer and press f1 to contuinu and f2 to go into setup"

this is said even if they are pluged in

usb driver problem or mouse and/or keybored

edit: yes logitech mouse/keybored drivers
 
it seems when this happens everytime in my processes a new proccess arrives suddenly then closes

the name is: mshchy.com

but this doesnt seem constaint with the name

edit: uninstalling software doesnt help

edit2: the 2nd program to aprear beside mshchy.com is iexplore.exe but i see nothing :\
