Hello!
I am new here to the forum, and wanted to reach out to get some feedback with you guys. I recently placed an order on the 5th and 6th of March direct from Alphacool. I am current in the US. This was a fairly large order as I was grabbing all of the parts for my very first custom water cooled PC. Anyhow to make a long story short. I have not received any emails stating my package was shipped nor has anyone reached back out and responded to any emails I have sent them. I have tried to register on their forums, and I cannot get the forum to send me my confirmation email to verify my email with them. It just sucks because I have no idea what is going on with this large order I just placed and its a bit worrisome. Any helpful feedback would be greatly appreciated. I do know the shipping company that it said I paid for was DHL International

I've ordered several fittings and blocks from Alphacool in the last couple of years and everything went relatively smooth if not slow due to the long ship times. Even when ordering from their US site they can be pretty slow being that some of my parts actually shipped from Germany...but in the end I received everything. I can't say why you haven't received a confirmation email. Iirc mine always came within 24-48hrs of placing the order.

There's an Alphacool rep at techpowerup if you want to try and contact him I believe his screen name is Alphacooleddy or Eddyalphacool? He is their wcing product dude so should be able to steer you in the right direction.

Yeah it’s crazy my I just went to alphacool.com then order from the site that was in English. This is honestly mind blowing to me how long this has taken I mean I’m in total shock. I figured it would be way better communication ya know?

Sorry to hear that.

I would assume that one article had to be shipped over the pond.
Small enough package from them that has been added to a bigger lot.

Not track-able until arrival and only after customs check.

So if something fishy in that bigger lot was found everything grinds to a halt for a week with no updates at all.

Better to say nothing than citing something that amounts to the schrödingers-cat principle?

For now you´re screwed and unscrewed at the same time.:(
