It's been 3 long months without a main PC ...

After purchasing a SLI WC Kit, two modified cases, one pre-modified case (a Koolance PC4-1025BK), new plumbing, and I don't know how many $$$, I finally have what appears to be a function WC loop!

It's been up for almost 1 hour, with no noticeable leaks. It looks like most of the air is out of the loop. There may have been some coolant foaming, since I heard the pump strain a little and saw some small white bubbles.

I also have what kind of looks like condensation, but it is inside the hose (no moisture on the outside). Trapped air, maybe?

After I figure out how to put the RAM sinks on my 8800 GTS GPUs, I'll be ready to power up the system. However, most of the RAM sinks keep falling off.

Almost there!

BTW - the Koolance PC4-1025BK definitely made the setup a lot easier, and it's very quiet, too!

Of course you have moisture inside the tubes!! LOL

It's just air bubbles...No way could you have condensation on the inside of your tubes with coolant flowing..=)

:D

I gnu that it wasn't condensation! (Well, it is 100% humidity inside the hose)

I just shut down my power for a few minutes, and then powered it back up and saw a lot (4" to 6") of small bubbles running through the loop. It looked like foam again. Is this normal?

I'm very happy right now. I feel like I've accomplished something. I just hope that with all my messing around for the last few months, I haven't broken my motherboard or GPUs. (or, something else through ESD)
