I'm using 7/16 ID 5/8 OD. Right now I have the res that comes with the apex kit, but wanting to switch to a tee line and wondering what all I needed.

I suppose just a fill port and a tee line fitting, but the only fitting I can find is 1/2 which is out of stock. Anyone know where I could pick one up at and what else is needed to make the change.

Home Depot/Ace/Lowes has 3/8 or 1/2" plastic or brass T-Fittings. You can pickup a FIlliport from dangerden or polarflo. Or you can go to those hardware stores and make your own by getting a barbed fitting and a thread cap to put on its end.

For a T-line you pretty much have the correct items.

With the 7/16" ID tubing you are using the 1/2" OD fittings will work fine. You can actually find cheaper ways than a fillport but I like them personally. The fillport and the barbed tee plus the clamps needed for each connection (or zip ties, etc depending on what you are going to use) is pretty much all ya need. Put the T-line somewhere in the loop where its either at the highest point or where you can easily make it the highest point by some tilting of the case.

If you want to be able to mount the fill point to the case the fillport works great. If you would prefer instead to have it internally so you dont have to drill/mod the case then a barb-to-pipe fitting will work great- you simply get a matching screw on cap for the 'pipe' end of the fitting and screw it on after filling your system.
