Im updating my drivers and software for the first time in a while and i have the catalyst driver package, the dao, and the multimedia center, in what order should i install these?

No, they are not. Catalyst is a display driver, WDM is a capture/VIVO driver.

If you are using an ALL-IN-WONDER RADEON or RADEON 64MB DDR VIVO product you should install the appropriate WDM capture drivers prior to installing the display drivers. The WDM capture drivers will be needed in order to have capture support available.

Now, often ATi will have you download an entire "Catalyst" package that includes the WDM drivers (for AIW/VIVO) cards and installs everything in one go. However if you're like me and tend to use older versions then you can download the components separately. This is where the order to install them is important.

Which is the route I go.
