The "best" part... is that it is a Visiontek... "awesome" support, right? heh...
 
It's also a generation late. I guess AMD was doing some house cleaning and found a box of these.
 
Well- there is actually a cool part of that, even though its old and out of date and expensive- the thing that I see there is 4x DVI! thats pretty cool, even if its a strange card.

Okay, except that you can have this for $220 (two passive DVI converters included):

And you can buy two active DP->DVI for $60

So for $280 you one more potential monitor output (just connect a DP monitor or pay $30), you get more graphics power and a newer feature set, not to mention less power consumption. That is, unless you plan on using quad 30" monitors. But if you have that kind of dough, you could easily afford 4 active DP->DVI dual-link, and just buy this:

If you have four monitors to connect to a graphic card and your goal is even remotely related to gaming at some point while using those four or even up to six monitors, you don't pull a cheapskate move. You buy a 5870 Eyefinity Edition and you enjoy gaming on the monitors too. The product has no reason to exist, that's why I posted it.
