All audio is delayed

[stevephhs016]

Hey guys, this is my question. Be it watching a YouTube video or an .avi file, my audio is delayed. Is the problem because of the codecs I am using, which is Combined Community Codec Pack, or is it because of the audio drivers (which I had to mess around because of a sound problem in Guild Wars)? Thanks!

The delay watching Youtube videos is quite normal, don't know why though.
