I was at work and I noticed a magazine or flyer or something lieing on my boss's desk, and I noticed a case I really liked the look of, it appeared to be some alienware clone but it was not this case by Raidmax:

It had like 2 large vents on either side of the front of the case.
I'd love to find out what case it was, I can even describe the cover of the magazine/flyer to you:

It was a dark background with a giant picture of this tower (was red, or pink?) and to the left of it it had a feature on the Asus V9999 something rather, appeared to be some pc hardware magazine.

If anybody has any info on any alienware clones besides the Raidmax towers, please let me know!
 
If thats the same thing they sell at Computer Builder's Warehouse its one of the cheapest cases you'll ever try to close a door on. The plastic bends more than the packaging it comes in.
 
Someone on this forum said that Alienware won't allow their cases to be sold ever. But I guess ripoffs are allowed lol.
 
It looks to me the case the Damien - Demon PC came in. I read a review by PCFormat of it, and I think I remember them saying the case was a cheap piece of plastic crap (maybe not in those exact words ;) but Im too tired to go and check)
 
I saw one last week at a Tiger Direct outlet store. Total POS. Its hard to believe they sell them for that price..
 
They sell for that price because noobs (Sorry ScHpAnKy ;)) Will buy anything that is plastic, and flashy, yet manages to be amazingly ugly at the same time.

but, uh, alienware case aren't that bad, they're just expanded chieftec/chenmings and the one I want looks decent.
 
K, I was just put off by Alienware cases as soon as I saw what modders could do with any other case. I actually thought the little glowing 'go faster' vents at the front were cool.

Something about an Alienware case just looks gimmicky and non functional to me. Their tiny cases only use one 60mm fan :eek:

Tiny? Linkage to that case?

Their "Alien head" one is pretty big.
