Alienware case

I am pretty positive that you will get a ripoff case, not the actual one pictured. I seriously doubt they are genuine Alienware cases.

Someone should get this because, you know, gamers will admire it. If it really was an alienware case then they would be damn sure to plaster that all over the page.

my roommate has an alienware that that case is knocking off... tell tale sign that it's not real: the real alienware case doesnt have the hump up top like that one does. The real case is one smooth line all the way to the psu in the back. Also, the real case's door is imbedded in the front part, it doesn't encompass the entire front like that one does...

one note tho, i think both the real and the knock off are pretty fugly...

kidicarus74: They do make more than one case The case pictured looks like the new ALX case that Alienware has on their website. Although the bump is hard to see in the picture. May be a knock off, but you can still put your own stuff in it. Although its hard to tell how durable it is. Might wanna take a look at it.

I emailed the company to get real pictures of it. If this is true then the case could be bought by me. I'm looking to build another computer with PCI-E

Check out the other colors they have:

I wouldn't ever want one, I'd be ashamed to have a case like that

$100 for that Fugly case? Total rip off, why do some people want such an ugly thing?

edit: even alienware's doors suck tho...my roommate has flexed his warranty 3 times now getting either replacement latches for them or entire new front plates... the seem to only last about 2 or 3 months

ShaolinDragon: I said i was looking into building a new computer and I would like to have the Alienware case. Didn't say anything about just because I'm donig PCI-E that i have to have the alienware case. I just thought it was a sweet case and would be great for the new computer i'm getting ready to build. Some people are just so critical about what you say.

kidicarus74: I see what your saying about the door. Its a pretty nice looking knock off though. If you didn't have a trained eye or didn't know what an Alienware case looked like you could easily pass this off as being a true Alienware case.
