Albatron KX600 Pro weird socket placement?

I'm running an Albatron KX600 Pro (pics) in a mid-tower Riadmax Scorpio case.

I'm getting to upgrade ye olde Athlon XP 1900+ to an XP-M 2600+. I want to overclock it to around 2.4GHz, but still have a cooling solution quieter than my current $11 Coolermaster aluminum shitheap.

I'm not quite ready for WCing yet, but I'm looking into a full-copper heatsink (or ALCu if people reccoment it.) Optimally, I want this one, but if you look at the orientation of the CPU socket on the board and the clip on the 'sink, I think it might bump into the power supply.

Any experience with this boards or suggestions for other, smaller heatsinks, preferably copper, that would get the job done just as well.
