AIW 9600pro video capture Windows XP problem

Hi! I've purchased an AIW 9600pro 4 months ago. I use a 17inch Samsung monitor and a coaxial cable for TV capture. The videoboard is perfect at capturing and recording a TV signal but when I try to do it using a videotape player on RCA input, the output image is "shaked". I've changed videotapes players, adjusted the "tracking", but none. On TV, the videotape is fine. Can anyone help?
