AIW 9600 Install Problems

Anyone tried to put an AIW 9600 on an ECS P4M800PRO-M (v1.0A)????

Everything worked fine with this card before I switched MB's, and now when installed on the new setup it hangs right after post. Screen goes blank except for a flashing cursor in the upper left corner. I have tried upping the AGP voltage on the board and that didn't work.
There aren't any other settings in the BIOS except for telling it to use OnBoard Vid or AGP

I know the AGP slot is functional because I tried an old Radeon 7000 card I had laying around and it worked fine

Any ideas???
