I am still getting way yo much dust coming into my Antec DF-85 even with the filters. I was wondering if anyone has used weather stripping to help with some of the problem areas like around the hot swap doors in the front. Or does anyone have any ideas to help seal up these problem area?

I would just use some masking tape and tape it on the inside of the cracks that are letting the dust in, this way the outer appearance of the case isn't affected. Though I think if you're using filters and you still have a problem with dust building up inside your case, maybe you should look into dealing with the dust in the space where your computer is located. Like get some kind of air purifier or something.

Have a massive hepa filter in here and the problem is just animals in the house that I can't control.

If you haven't already, make sure you have positive pressure in the case and every intake fan has a filter. If that is the case, then you might need some more restrictive filters that block out more dust. The style that looks basically like a screen window does a decent job, but there is definitely dust that gets by. If you have positive pressure, then you don't have to seal around the cracks. Another thing, if you start adding better filters, the airflow will drop across the fan, so you need to account for that in planning positive/negative pressure. I usually hold something flimsy like a used dryer sheet up near an open vent to see if it gets sucked in or pushed out to tell.

I have the Antec DF-85 with the Antec KÜHLER H₂O 620 and I am pretty sure I have positive pressure but if you had to setup positive air pressure on it how would you do it?

Positive pressure = More intake than exhaust. From my observations, Antec's cases generally are designed for negative pressure. In your DF-85's case you have three front 120mm intakes against two 120mm rear exhuasts and two 140mm top exhausts. Looks like negative pressure to me.

Does your house have really old carpet? That can cause problems with tons of dust too. Maybe just vacuum the area around this machine frequently?

I don't see any reason why you can't use weather stripping to seal the seams of your case, but I'm not sure it would work terribly well. It seems to me that my cases have way too many holes to seal completely.

Looking at the case it looks like you would have to take out one or two of the exhaust fans to get positive pressure. You could just flip them, but you would need to put filters on them.

There is also the issue that the DF-85 is really dust friendly. You either need to clean more frequently or to get a case with most solid walls. Where you do have open spaces, a very fine mesh filter, like stretched pantyhose as a ghetto mod, will help block dust.

I have a case that is just as airy as yours and the end result for me was simply to clean inside a bit more frequently.
