Airplex evo 360

No comment or opinion if it's worth it... suppose it's really a matter of what you're using it for. For most of the applications I put together I think it would be overkill... but regarding your second question:

The Airplex 360 is 403mm in length.
The Thermaltake Kandalf is 561mm deep.
If you figure about 140mm for the PSU (and that's one w/o a rear fan) leaves only 421mm of room in the top of the case (assuming you don't bother using the top two optical drive bays). Of course, you've also got that top-mounted vent and connector effect thing on top of that case... if you're going to put it there you'll probably want to rip that out and open the entire top of the case.
The bottom of the case is a possibility although the radiator and fans would block the lowest PCI slots and again, you'd be sacrificing a couple of (internal) 5" mounts.
You could always mount the radiator externally on the top of the case although, again, you'll sacrifice that top mounted vent and access hub thingie.
I think that rail down the side will get in the way of side mounting and venting out the side panel although you may find some way to get that to work.

IMO if you've got your heart set on both that case and that radiator I'd look at building some sort of external enclosure for the watercooling and feeding it into the case from the rear.

Excellent choice of options! I would say ditch the case, but as BellaCroix pointed out the good choice is to use an external radiator housing assuming you want to keep everything the same. However, perhaps you might like this choice instead? If you want one of these you will have to special order it from Sharka as it is a non-stock item for them at this point. I just checked SNT and they do have them in stock, but I wouldn't recommend them unless you read the Aqua Computer threads around here. Then you can make up your own mind. :)

BTW, Sharka Corp does have the Evo 360 rad in stock

Nurse, I'm sorry I know I am stupid, but for what does that work? Does it works to setup the rad in the bottom of the case with it instead of a grill on the top? SORRY I KNOW IM STUPID I KNOW. If you can tell me I would aprecciate it. Now I got another question now we're talking about ac and rads... is factible to run a Water Cooling system only to water cool the video cards? Yes only the video cards, but just for a while! like 3 months till I get my whole new system and to put everything together and looking good ... I think I gonna get flammed for asking these two question... *simon hides* :(

Coming back to the topic, the airplex evo is a nice rad, but I would think again if you will put it in that case. Now I got a question for you... if you're getting a *expensive* case, why you don't just get a V2000 or a PC-7x serie from Lian Li for 20 or 30 bucks more? Is a better looking case (for me it is) and it will last forever, and it got a LOT, and believe me, a LOT, if you don't believe me ask Top nurse, (and yes i'll say it again) it got a LOT of room to work.

i thought SNT isn't shipping items out anymore?

Well that is thee million dollar question. Some people are able to get a hold of Dan to order stuff and some aren't able to for which there seems no rhyme or reason why. Hell you can go to the public library and use a computer if yours doesn't work. I think Dan has several friends that live within 5 miles of him that used to be regular CSS buddies of his. And of course the phones still work. :no clue:

He does not respond here or on his own forum, though there have been scattered Dan reports of people who have been able to reach him. So far at least one person has got a shipment from them since he disappeared. So what you read into all this is your call, but I'm not putting my name on the line and recommending them.

No you are not stupid, but perhaps I am for assuming that everyone would know what that pic was by osmosis. That case will let you use the Evo radiators in a stand alone outside the box confiuratiom. IOW, you run the tubes out through a PCI slot or by installing bulkhead fittings to the radiator and that box makes it all work nice and pretty.

No problem just cooling the video cards. :)

So with that I can run an airplex evo outside of the case?!?!?! I WANT IT! It would give me more options than a grill in the top, because for real, I don't want to mod my case... I could put it outside of my case and throught the pci ports get into my system :D... What's the price for one of those?!!!?!?!?!?! :D

Assuming Wes (Sharka) charges about what Dan (SNT) would, which seems to be about the case, they're not very expensive if you're already dropping the bones on AC kit. There's all sorts of ways you can use those EVO mounting brackets: external mount ON the case, external mount off the case, external with a seperate case, internal (I suppose), blah blah blah. They're really nice and a great finishing touch.

If I ever decided to go with a tripple that's how I'd mount it!

Instead, I'm figuring I'll build with a single double-120mm radiator to start, then if (read when) I leap into SLI I'll install a second, seperate loop for GPUs and NB, and let the first loop run for the CPU(s) and HDDs.
