Hello, I have two 140mm spare fans that I wanna put into my case now when it's getting warm outside and tempratures are raising in the PC.

Cooling atm

I guess the optimal is to put one in the bottom as intake and one in the top as exhaust right?

you totally right, you can put one on the rear top slot and one on bottom, to let your CPU cooler take some air from the Top-front slot.. also, side panel fan wich overall drop your temp.. and if its possible to you and put some ingenious fans inside of the case on the HDD bay.. to keep cool your card and provide fresh air to your CPU cooler

How close is that left exhaust fan to the CPU fan? Removing it will help keep the PC a little cooler.
