I have a max budget of around £50, so I'm not looking at the beefy Noctua Coolers.

I need to upgrade from a Noctua NH-L9i with a 25mm fan to something that can better cool my i7 6700k (mild OC).
I'm also upgrading to a Phanteks EVOLV ITX so it needs to be under 200mm.

I had the Hyper 212+ before, so I want something different.
A Corsair Hydro Series H60 (2018) BNIB is available on a local tech forum for £48
I've also found two Noctua coolers on Amazon that look decent.
The Noctua NH-U12S and Noctua NH-U14S are £53 and £56.

If I sell the NH-L9i all three options will be within my budget.
Which is the best option for my case?
