ive got the asetek antarctica and i cant seem to bleed all the air bubbles out of it. i am not using a resevior but i am using the swiftech t valve fill bleed system thingy.. i have filled and drained the sytem 3 times now, turning upside down and sideways and everything and even letting it run like that for 30 mins or so and just when i think all the air is out of the system, i turn the system upright agian and 30 min later the CPU waterblock is almost half full of air.. its like every little bubble in the system collects in the waterblock. and the swifteck fill and bleed is mounted above the waterblock??????????

temps are 33-35c idle 40-44c load
pump is via 1300 3/8 id tubing

Well, my recommendation would be to keep doing what you are doing. Keep turning it all over the place to get that air out of there. One thing you could do that might help it all being collected in your waterblock though... From my experience anyway, Johnson and Johnson makes this stuff called Band-Aid antiseptic wash, which is basically the same thing as bactine. I put that stuff in my loop to make sure that bacteria doesn't grow, but it also seems to have another effect. It seems to make all of the bubbles in my loop very very tiny, which makes them seem to not collect in one area as much. Now, this could be just as much a bad thing for your bleeding setup as it could be a good thing, but I guess you would have to try it. If it does break them all up and you get this white "foam" in your loop, just let your system run overnight to get the bubbles out, and most, if not all would probably be gone by morning.

You could also just try running your loop as is overnight to see if it helps at all.

:)

i leave the pump on all the time. and i did put the swiftech hrydx green stuff in the loop. thanks for your reply though.
