My case (in sig) has 120mm front and rear, do I want the 90mm on the side blowing in or out? Temps are kinda high and want to bring them down some.

You might find that blowing in (depending on where it's positioned) will cool your video card more effectively, while blowing out, might help with overall case temps. Either way, it's probably only going to be a degree or two difference, if any at all. Give it a try both ways, and let us know your results!

ok thanks
prolly not what you want tae hear, but that CPU HSF isn't much cop tbh. THG had a look at some impressive onses recently, take a look and compare their benchmarks with your temps. Also, i thought the purpose of the blowholes was to exhaust hot air directly form CPU area, especially on intel chips (hence the "prescott-ready" advertised on many cases)

With this configuration the case will be slightly pressurized, which will help push hot dead air spaces thru the cracks and seams of the case. Drawbacks include dust blowing out from optical drive locations, but canned air or a compressor will solve that. See the dust bunny thread for more info
Make sure you use a bunch of zip ties on the cabling as the wiring layout can affect temps too. Your best overall bet is to replace the 90 with a 120, or add an additional 90 beside the first one. My Inwin Q500 had no side fans, till I added two 90's. Made a hell of a difference. They both blew in.
