how much of a problem could blowing more air out than in cause?

the rig i'm looking at building will have a water cooled cpu and gpu with 2x120mm fans (top) and 3x80mm fans (back) blowing out and 2x120mm fans blowing in (side and front).

I've worked out that there will be 116CFM in and 200CFM out, just looking for some advice, what sort of problem could this cause?
 
IF you're water cooling the CPU and GPU.. why the hell are you using so many fans? I don't think you would need that much air going through the system.. and a lot of times a system will not change teh system temp much.. it will also make your case loud as ballz.. but heh i don't know.. are thoe 120mm fans for the radiator or something? I would say remove some of the fans..
 
i was looking at having 2 radiators, but probably will just end up having one (dual 120mm) and i'll have 1 in the from and 1 blowing onto the gfx cards ram sinks.

the 120 fans are rated at 14dBA with 58CFM (1800rpm) so it should be quite quiet even wiith 4 120mm fans
 
I know I have 2 fans in and technically 3 fans out. I don't notice any major change in temps when I even it out.
 
WOW... 14db?!?!?! what type of fans are they... I''ve heard in the past.. though i don't think it's true.. they say that having uneven in/out air flow can cause static electricity to build up in.... i don't know if anyone else has heard this before... i know if there is too much air going in.. you can actually increase the temp because in general whenthere is high pressure temps go up.. but i mean if you're getting decent temps.. and it's not loud.. i guess it would be fine..
 
the big thing in having more out then in is dust. when you have alot of fans blowing out then dust will tend to come in threw all the little cracks in the case. if you have more intake all the air will cycle through your intake fans and if they are filtered you get a dust free case.
 
i have heard a lot of BS about more fans in increases the pressure, this may be true, but it is SOOO little that nothing would be effected. i run 3 80's in, and 2 80's out+the PS fan. so i have 3 in, 3 out, but the PS fans are slower so i can feel air being forced out of the front of my case where i took out a optical drive cover slot or whatever you want to call it.
