Air Cooling or Water Cooling

I'm going to be upgrading my stock cooling on my 3200+ venice and my evga 7800gt

now should I go with these two air coolers

Zalman VF700-Cu LED VGA Cooler

or should I spend a few more dollars and go with a custom water cooling kit.

i'm ready to spend the extra money but only if its worth the difference in performance.

You'll get fantastic cooling, rivalling the cheaper water-cooling kits. Good choices.

I was looking at the exact same two coolers for my rig.

What would be my best bet for Water cooling on the rig in my sig.
I mean to say, what products would suite me and allow me to upgrade CPU and GPU down the road without having to replace anything in the WC loop.
