Air Cooling for Overclocking

Hey, time to play help the noob again...if you want.

First of all I guess my #1 question is if it's possible to OC this setup:

ThermalTake Tsunami Dream Case
ThermalTake 400watt Power Supply
MSI K8 Neo2 Platinum nForce3
A64 3500+ with stock CPU fan
nVidia XFX 6600GT
Corsair XMS 2x512mb Dual Channel DDR400

Is it?

Also, I need a better fan for my CPU, any suggestions/preferences, or any fan/heatsink that stands out among the rest (air preferred)?

Last question, should I bother sleeving my PSU cables?

You'll be able to overclock.

I use a swiftech mcx6400v on my a64 3200+. All my fans are silenced and my cpu doesn't go much over 40c. When i get all the fans going it doesnt do over 35c. This is at stock. Overclocked to 2.4ghz (400mhz oc) It doesn't go much higher than 40c on full blast fan.

Also look at thermalright's cooling solutions. I'm considering an si-97 for an athlon xp build.

Sleeving makes things look alot better but doesnt do much for cooling. If you have the time do it, if not dont worry about it.

Edit: Btw I have the same case and use the stock fans except on the cpu i use a vantec tornado.

You can oc with it...but the stock hsf might offer some hindrance...

I'd up to a XP-90 with some model of the panaflo or something.

Sleeving is only for looks, it doens't make anything run better, although you have slightly improved airflow with it.
