Air Bubbles?

How do you get rid of the air bubbles that are in the lines?
 
leave your feed line or res cap off, and run the system. if you see little pockets of air that dont move tap the tube to get the air moving around. takes a wile but itll get out. helps to rock your system back and fourth too to get air out of the top of waterblocks and radiators.
 
Do you use a reservoir, or is it completely inline?

Eitehr way you have to bleed them out, by giving them a place to escape to. I have an inline set up, but I used a T-fitting on the return line for filling and bleeding. basically I don't have to do anything this way.


From radiator===>Waterblock=============(1)========PUMP====>to radiator

(1) Is the t-fitting. It flows through normally, but has an extra barb with another length of hose on it, and an end cap. To fill, I use this, and once the system is completely full I add a little bit more to this tube, and run the system over night. All the bubbles will escape, the extra water will drain down and become part of the system. Then just cap it off and you're good.

if you have a reservoir, then this is easier yet. Just don't add as much water, and leave a tiny bit for air to hang out at the top ;) (unless your feed line is placed up high in the reservoir for some weird reason)
 
Great thanks, another question.

I have the TT AquaBay flow and level indicator. The level indicator says high but on my pump it's below the "low" hash mark. Question being, which one is correct?

Also I'm getting no flow whatsoever. On the AquaBay there's a flow indicator and it just sits still. When i turn on my PC I'll go into the BIOS and watch my CPU temp rise from 32C to 51C within seconds before I manually turn it off.

What could be the cause of that?
 
Also, in one of my tubes the coolant hasn't even gone in there! It's the one from my radiator to the pump.

Here's how everything is connected (same as the instructions said).

Pump --> Flow level/indicator --> CPU --> Radiator --> Pump

The tube from the Radiator back down to the pump there is no coolant in it at all, and there is no flow. I know I must have had some flow to begin with because I saw the coolant being pushed through the CPU block.

Also, in the kit 3/4th of the bottle of coolant spilled all over in the box, which means I had about 150-200ml to put into the system. Could that be the cause? Not enough coolant?
 
Place your res/t-line right before the inlet of the pump and flood the system with liquid. You have too little too.
