I just finished the tubing for my first WC'ing system, I have gotton alot of air out of the lines so far but the biggest problem is all the air in the radiator, I've tipped the case every way I freakin can and I just can't get the air bubbles out! =(. Any tips or tricks you guys have please let me know.

Thanks!

Try quickly pinching off the lines in various areas for just a second or two.. sometimes that'll knock the trapped air pockets loose..

Turn the system off, lift it up and spin it around alot. Make it so the radiator is at the LOWEST point in the system.

This method worked the best for me, I'm now air bubble free and its getting great waterflow. I don't see any leaks so thats good!

*edit*

Damn it! Found a small leak on the radiator, right where the barbs are. I knew something was going to go wrong with that since the barbs didn't go in all the way =(

Why didnt the barbs go in all the way? Sorry to hear about that, Im dreading the day I have to rip mine apart.

Dunno why they didn't go in all the way, but I don't think its leaking, it had gotton wet earlier before mounting so it got wet underneath, no leakage. Thank god.

Ever since the near-catastrophe I had with water cooling, I've taken it upon myself to toss a bit of tissue under all my barbs so I can check for leaks. I'll be leaving it there for the rest of the week. If they're still untainted by the end, I know all is fine. =]

I took your advice and folded a paper towel so it was nice and thick and then wrapped it around both barbs on the radiator then to hold them in place I zip tied em. Will be watchin out for leaks.

And the freakin air bubbles are pissing me off, they are TINY but I can't get them out of my system, so when it passes through the pump its loud as hell.
