How do i get the best performance out of my 3.2e oced and ocz pc 4000 ram. anyone here have a similar setup, what can i change in the bios to give me the best ram performance? ill take "any" help. thanks

Well, first off, what settings are you running currently?

The AI7 has ALL KINDS of possibilities for performance tweaking related to chipset/ram.

For one thing, if you can set the N/B strap to 667, you'll have full PAT enabled at ANY speed as high as your ram can take it. On my system with Geil Ultra-Plat ddr500 I can get to about 230fsb with PAT. I can get to 240fsb w/o PAT.
Then you have the GAT settings. I would set the n/b to 667 to enable PAT and see how high you can go with it. keep a log of all your settings and the results as you go (excel proves very useful here). Then set Gat to Turbo-A-A-A-A and see what happens. I have my GAT settings to Turbo-A-7-E-E. n/b at 800 so only partial PAT is enabled for me at 240fsb.

The AI7 does well with 1:1 mem performance from what I've heard. so whatever you do, try to keep mem at 1:1.

btw, MBM5 supports the AI7, so you don't need to load the Abit uGuru interface all the time. but it does come in handy to clear an alarm every once in awhile.
