AGP Video cards for GPU client?

I did a search but there's scant info on this. What AGP video cards (if any) currently available that support the GPU client? I have a dual 1.1GHz PIII system with an unused AGP port running two standard clients and was wondering if I can put it to better use by running the GPU client alongside.

TIA to all replies.
 
The X1950 series is available in AGP, but from what I understand you don't want to run the cpu and gpu clients at the same time, the gpu polls the cpu and really hurts the cpu performance.... from what I understand anyhow...

 
Well, it's not as if I'm producing much with this system at about ~85PPD. Besides, there are two processors, so if the regular clients get bogged down by the GPU client, I can just shut one down and run one regular client and one GPU client. I'm certain the system overall would be more productive points-wise and for the science. As it is right now, it's not doing much by turning in a little more than two standard WUs a week...
 
The X1950Pro with 512 meg of memory is the card to look for.

The GPU client needs an empty CPU core so that DX9 can poll the client.
So you can only run 1 GPU & 1 CPU client on a dual rig without a slowdown in points.

I remember reading a few months ago that the newest version of the GPU client utilizes far less of the CPU processing power than the older versions. Someone mentioned that he was able to run the SMP client alongside the GPU client on a dual core with little loss.

In any case, having a a video card supported by the GPU client will make this old system much more productive even if I need to shut one standard client down. I'll see if I can find such a card locally for cheap. Thanks for the suggestions guys. :)
