On my Asus p4c800-E deluxe I have a setting in the jumper free setting panel in the BIOS that says "AGP VDDQ voltage" what does this voltage control? and could turning it up aid me in getting a higher graphics card OC?

The voltage supplied to your AGP slot; I think the default is at 1.5 for 8x? Not sure though. There is no point in touching it; it won't affect the voltage going into the gpu, or ram.
