just want some clarification, should my card be under AGP or PCI in my bios? when using AGP, there are problems. do you think using PCI will reduce the performance?

I think the AGP/PCI option in bios is just for determining wich slot the bios will check first for a video card. Doesnt affect performance at all.

well your card is either AGP or its PCI because it can't be in both slots at the same time. the setting in the BIOS is probably just setting the preference, so that if you have both AGP and PCI VGA cards installed it knows which is the primary display. if you have onboard graphics then you might not have an AGP slot, so the setting would then switch between the onboard graphics and a PCI VGA card if you had it installed.
