AGP or PCI

plain vanilla PCI is old school buddy. Its getting harder and harder to find PCI video cards that are worth anything.

If you mean PCI-E then you may have a better argument.
 
AGP is better than standard PCI in terms of bandwidth, and for the most part good video cards are found on the AGP bus.

If you are thinking PCI-E vs AGP, than PCI-E is better in terms of bandwidth, but with most times during a transition phase, the PCI-E does not offer a signficant advantage over AGP at the current time. Since no video card uses all the bandwidth AGP currently supplies, let alone PCI-E.
 
Simplified: PCIe > AGP > PCI

But what GPU you choose has more affect than what interface it uses. (though old school PCI is really very slow for video)
