Newest? Yes. Only ones supporting DX10? Yes. Fastest? No, that crown goes to the X1950XT AGP.
 
Good, I'm running a GeCube x1950XT AGP 256mb and haven't checked in some time to see if any of the newer ATI cards were made in a AGP flavor. Checked newegg tonight and saw the two listed above and figured I'd ask.
