Opinions Please on Upgrade for AGP

XFX GeForce 7950GT w/ 512Mb Retail

HIS X1950Pro 512Mb Retail
Or
Gecube X1950XT 256Mb Retail

939 Gigabyte MB with Opteron 180 & 2GB RAM

1950xt probably the fastest but,only 256
1950pro and 7950 have 512 thats good
7950 slightly faster than 1950pro.
 
What's your budget? and how long before next major upgrade?

I am in similar situation and don't think 1950xt nor 7950gt are worth the extra $50-$75.

In fact, I am thinking about the 1950gt at newegg for $120, its just an underclocked 1950pro.... 500mhz vs 575mhz.... If you look at the 1950gt reviews, many were able to overclock the 1950gt to 620-640mhz, same exact as the 1950pro overclocked.
