Ok ok yes it's about a motherboard, but I'm desperately trying to find a socket 754 motherboard with both PCI-e and AGP slots in the uk, and can't find em anywhere?

If anyone else could find one i'd be eternally grateful. The big sites don't even seem to have socket 754 boards anymore, crazy, they drop "legacy" stuff way too quick nowadays, people still need to buy replacements compatible with their other gear :/

Edit: wow, moved to mobo's in less than 5 mins..

I know that ASrock makes a s939 board like that so there is a good chance they will make a s754 one aswell.

The 939 Dual Sata2 isn't very expensive.

And 939 cpus aren't either. Get both, and ebay the 754 kit.

That way not only do you have an AGP -> PCI-E upgrade path, you also have a path to X2 cpus and AM2 and DDR2 with the add in board (though I still don't think much of AM2 and DDR2 in 533/667 speeds).
