so i just got my sapphire 7970 OC delivered and installed.

is there a diff between afterburner and trixx? i could have sworn i read somewhere that people had issues with sapphire + afterburner.

i'm used to afterburner is why i'm asking.

the card barely fit in my antec nine hundred case
so far no coil whine is audible

Not even close, Afterburner has so many more features to offer. TriXX is a very basic tool, clock adjustment, fan adjustment, and voltage tweaking. Afterburner just has so much more to offer. I'm using a Sapphire card now without any issues with Afterburner.

I have sapphire cards and use afterburner, trixx is pretty basic, and it crashed on me once......No crashes with afterburner.

rgr, will go back to afterburner, are you guys using 2.2 final or 2.3 beta?
