What are ya'll thoughts on this case? Is that 14CM Fan really worth it? Or is the case bugged from hell. I was reading about how it had 12CM in the rear, 2 12CM on the door and a 14CM in the front, wondered if it was worth anything. I'm having trouble finding a good case.
 
2x 120mm and 1x 140mm in and only 1x120 out? That'll put quite a bit of strain on the fans.

What's your budget for a case?
 
Considering I'm spending close to 3 grand on just the hardware, not too bad. I dont want to pay $300 for a case. I'm looking for somethat I can could mod. Has a side window (nothing fancy), would like it Tool-Less if possible and have HDD Racks sideways. Or at least the option of putting 3 Sata HDD in.
 
I like it. 2 Fans in the back, 2 in the front. Concern is how much restriction will that HDD cage cause? And can it be saw'd down some? I will run maybe 3 HDD's at the most. Thats it.

I assume with the door putting anything like fan controllers in is a nogo, I imagine the door clearance is very limited?
 
this is the case in my sig. Instead of the sideways thing it's just got two removable racks, the lower one has a space for a 80mm fan in it. You can't see it very well in that pic, but the window has a 80mm fan hole in it.

edit: there's about 1cm of space when the door is shut, so you can't have very much sticking out.

I have that case with the door - clearance between door and 'cd' is only 1/2 cm...so not a lot of clearance there...
