yeah i wana upgrade its been a while since i have and well i need some advice on what mobo and cpu and ram to get

i have a budget of $300-$400

i wana go with AMD so if any of ya wana help me out picking out mobo,cpu,ram that would be cool . i need it to be a stable mobo and geared more towards gameing speed .

my poor old 2400+ is getting old and tired i think i need to lay it to rest soon :D
