Advice request: good USFF vid card (for Optiplex 755)

Hi all. I'm doing some research and I'm out of my normal comfort level of experience and knowledge, so here I am. This time I'm trying to give advice for a good video card that will fit in the ultra-small form factor optiplex 755.

Requirements:

Can play Far Cry 2
Single slot
No extra power required
Short/low profile capable
No PSU upgrade

THe only thing that might work is the Galaxy Low profile 9600GT, but it does require a PCI-E Plug.

The Sapphire 3650 is the best you're going to be able to do... Which means you're not going to get much.

The power supply in that Optiplex isn't going to be able to handle much more.

Thanks for the info, guys. I've been recommended towards that 3650 more than once now so that seems like a strong confirmation of it being popular information.

How do stream processors affect the performance of a card? There's a low profile 4550 from Sapphire that has 80 stream processors vs. the 3650 having 120.

[edit: nevermind... the 4550 is shown without a fan on sapphire's website. that's not a good sign that it's meant for ripping through games]
