Advice Preparing for Build

I have a full rebuild en route from New Egg which should arrive on Wednesday. I'm curious if anyone has any general advice for preparing for assembly. So far I've picked up an air duster to keep the area free of debris and some acetone to prep the heatsink.

Is there anything else apart from standard tools I should pick up? This is only my second build, and my last had some serious issues which eventually resulted in system failure (it took three years, but it crashed hard - mostly a PS that wasn't up to the job I think). Sound was also an issue with my old box, so I tried to focus on keeping this one quiet. At any rate, I just want to make sure this one goes more smothly (and quietly).

The machine is:
CHAINTECH NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra Chipset Motherboard For AMD Socket 939 CPU
AMD Athlon 64 3200+, 512KB L2 Cache, Socket 939 64-bit Processor
ZALMAN CNPS7000B-AlCu Aluminum + Copper CPU Cooler for Socket

Sleeve the wires , or use something to group them together(like the plastic thingies) so they are in a neat, organized fashion and aren't just out and about.

Not only does it save a HUGE headache trying to find this and that, but it helps the airflow aswell in the case.
