well my socket 754 finally died so i need a new system and i am thinking about going mini, already have keyboard mouse and monitor, any input would be great. i ditched the idea of the shuttle, also what kind of overclockability am i looking at with this setup too?

CPU Cooling?? any reccomendations? Zalman? Thermaltake? what would fit niceley into this case
 
If you want to OC, get the ASUS board. 975x chipsets arn't known for their overclocking, especially when used with 2gb of memory.

I'd also suggest some less expensive memory. Unless you found a crazy deal on the Titanium, as it's really overpriced every time I've seen it. I mean you can get 2gb kits of other memory for under $100 and it's not really better.
 
Shuttles are wack IMO...or at least I know I wouldn't ever have one as my main rig, they're just too limited.

On the RAM, get some Crucial Ballistix instead, Crucial is Micron's retail company and they make really good RAM chips.

And get the Lanbox with the handle, or get the Lanbox Lite. The Lanbox w/o the handle looks ugly IMO.

That PSU sounds like it might be crap. Go get a Corsair 520HX or Antec NeoHE 500. Much better quality brands, and you don't need anywhere near 700 watts for that setup.

And get a SATA burner, it'll take up less room than those IDE cables, which gives you more airflow.
