advice on server mobo and ram?

hey guys I recently purchased 2 dual core opteron 2214s and eould like some advice on what motherboard and ram combo would suit these chips.

Should I be getting 667mhz ram? This server is for alot of things including virtualization steaming media content and testing. Probably other things as well like a ris server
