Advice on Really Cheap GPU

I'm in the process of actually downgrading my GPU, I'd like to sell it (6850) before it looses too much value as I don't have any time to play any PC game right now anyways.

Here are the rest of my specs:

Phenom x4 965 BE
G.SKILL Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
ASUS M4A87TD
Sapphire 6850
HAF 922 case
Corsair 650 watt PSU
Cooler Master 212 Plus

I do some photo editing in Photoshop and I do watch HD videos on youtube (but mostly 720p) and I do not watch any BluRay movies on my PC. I know new egg has a whole bunch of cheap cards under $50 and some even under $20 but I have no idea which ones are any good. I would appreciate any advice.

Is the PowerColor Go! Green AX5450 512MK3-SH Radeon HD 5450 (Cedar) 512MB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card any good?

It's currently $18.99 after rebate.

i dont think you would get more then $100 for your video card. I see 6870's sell for around $100 pretty commonly.

Ive had a couple 5450's, its a lot less powerful then modern integrated graphics, but its all you need to use your computer

The way I see it, I could sell the 6850 and get the 5450 which would give me $60-80 (depending if I sell it here or ebay) which I could use towards another GPU in a year or two once the new Xbox/PS (wii??) systems come up which will help push the GPU power for PCs. I have like 20 Steam games and beat them all and haven't played any games in over 6 months.

Real doubtful that consoles will effect gpu considerably. With amd not releasing anything new in 2013, I would honestly just keep your current card if it may only net you $60 or less after all the hassle. But thats just me.

I couldn't downgrade that far. Even though you barely use it I would hold on to it, or pick up something local if possible.. I picked up a 4670 for $20 to replace a 4550 bought from ebay for $5 in perfect working condition.
