Advice on a CPU cooler?

Hey guys, I'm trying to get all the parts for my new rig set and ready. I'm getting an i7 2600k, and I want to overclock it considerably (4.5ghz mark, preferably). I'd prefer the budget to be around $70 or less, MIR are awesome, too.

But, there's something to consider... I'm getting an NZXT Phantom (white & black), and I want everything to match in this case. It's all black and white, with blue led's and UV cathodes. I was looking at the Noctua NH-D14 ($90, I know), but I thought from what I've heard it is totally worth it, and decided against it.

I'm thinking of the CM V6, as it's an extremely good looking CPU cooler, matches my case (all black, basically), and from what I hear it cools well... but I haven't heard anybody give crazy credit to how awesome it cools, like I have some other coolers.


So, can can anybody recommend me coolers that are either all black or black with white fans, that cool very well? I was also thinking of the Xalman Extreme V shaped CPU Cooler, since they dropped the price and are giving a MIR, it looks pretty sweet as well, but I'm not sure if it cools great or not (or better than the V6).

Get an H50 for $40 at Best Buy (if one local to you has them in stock).
Replace the stock black fans with the white NZXT ones (versus paying extra for the Zalman white fans or getting a Nexus fan which is basically just a rebadged Yate Loon).

Haha, I JUST did that, and I didn't even read this before I did. Such a good deal, $40 for an H50, man... And best buy usually sucks.

Also, I planned on taking the exhaust fan and putting it on the H50 radiator instead of the black one as well.
