Advice for heatsink?

Need advise on what heatsink to get, rebuilding my computer with an Abit IC7-G MaxII w/ P4 2.4c1 Northwood non/HT. i would like a copper heatsink but not gigantic. any info would be greatly appreciated somewhere around the 20-40 dollar range. Thanks guys.
 
Nevermind guys, i went ahead and bought a Thermalright XP-90, should of read the sticky before posting. great buy for 34.68 shipped to hawaii. Thanks.

yeah i wish i had HT on my chip, would of liked the extra power. but at the time when i bought my chip, HT was to expensive, or was limited.
